RETURNS (UK only)

Please Note: Any Digital Design work or Personal Minted Coins are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods, less the actual incurred cost of returning the goods.

Please Note: All trackable items must be returned unregistered. Engraved items are not returnable.

If the goods we supply are faulty we will refund you in full, including the cost of the returned postage. If we supply the incorrect goods due to an error on our part these goods must be returned unopened and, in the condition, as originally shipped. We have the right under the Consumer Contract Regulation 2014 to reduce this amount if you handle the goods more than was necessary (the extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop).

In order to return items please email us your name & address and also the reason for the return IN ADVANCE failure to do so will incur a restocking fee of £5.00. We will then contact you accordingly.

We cannot be held responsible for items returned and then lost in transit. Please obtain either a certificate of posting from the Post Office or use a recorded delivery service. Please retain this confirmation until we confirm the safe arrival of the goods.

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulation we will endeavour to refund you within 14 days of the good being received by us or alternatively from the point where you have provided evidence of the return of the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office). A Postage refund will only be made on the basic cost of returning the item or items. If you opt for an upgraded service unfortunately we will not be able to refund this difference

The difference between the postage will not be refunded.
